This is a great quote. I once read a quote, though the author's name escapes me, that goes something like, "Civilization is the process through which men are freed from other men." Certainly your peace is a part of true civilization. I can appreciate a like-minded sentiment about the unnecessary drama and foolishness that often results from our myriad human interactions.
