Many call me “The Scribe” and others fondly call me “Fox.” Either way, writing is a passion of mine and I intend to increase what little writing skills I have.

Born to Life, Born to Love, Born to hate what’s from above. “What a beautiful little child,” So they said one dreary night. “As if heaven has graced her, She’ll be a shining light.” She was said to be perfect, On her day of birth. Such stunning little blue eyes, Glowing like the hearth. Her laughter filled the air, Like a thousand joyful cries. Yet, no one ever realized, That she’s the one who dies. -Chorus- She’ll hide from the world! Trying to seem as imperfect as can be. She’ll hide from ...

Finely knitted, or Finely sewn, Either way, His love is known. Long gone- never forgotten, His scent still remains. Old spice trapped in fibers, A little piece of his remains. Like arms open wide, This sweater drapes over me. Keeping warmth upon my skin, The deer run across the pattern's sea. It's an everlasting memory, Of a man who joined our family. Who became the idol of my life, Feel the comfort and the heat, A softness in my soul to keep. See me smile, see me cry, see me miss, My Grandpa...

Dreams can be a very curious thing. It is said they show the inner workings of a person's mind and what surrounds them day by day. Yet, how funny it is for dreams to work as they do. Some nights one may never realize they have dreams while any other day they would know and yet not remember. Often times one will dream and remember the next day, wishing it could continue. I've had dreams like these once. Usually, I would try to revisit such a dream in hopes that it would continue, but we all kn...

Poetry / A Final Kiss
This made me feel sad, for so many women go through this (and so do men) in their relationships that it's a feeling not unknown to them. This strikes home to feelings that all can connect to and I think that is what makes it such a nice piece of poetry.
Poetry / JOYOUS FAMILY
This made me smile and imagine little kids running through the halls of my house trying to drive me insane. Which is a good thing, becuase kids are cute and insanity is just one of the many things out there that they love to bring to who ever is watching over them. This brings good images that are heart warming and the way its written works well with the warmth as well.
Novel Treatments / "We Have an Empty Room"
Hmm, I will honestly say that the way this story is written doesn't seem to flow well within my mind. It was hard for me to keep my attention on it. However, it was written nicely, I noticed no mistakes and the words came fluidly without cracks in the middle. All in all it was a great job, just not something that catches my interest.
I don't really like how it ends with the, "well (bleep) the dam" It doesn't really feel as if it needs to be there. And the first stanza is a bit repetitive with "on my way to work" being said twice. It would probably sound better if you took the last part out and perhaps changed the second "on my way to work" to something else in the first stanza. Other then that, this poem has a bit of a dark, image filled feel to it that is rather nice and gives nice images to the mind who reads it.
Sci Fi & Fantasy / The Brightest Setting Sun...
It's a nice beginning and flows nicely from sentence to sentence and it does keep my interest, which is good for readers to not get bored and look away from what they are reading from time to time, so great job. Although, the amount of times you Say Shepherd. It's good to let the reader get acquainted with a main character, but it seems almost... repetitive to have his name said so much. By the third paragraph, one should already know who he is. You should use more pronouns. All in all, it wa...
