Very touching and moving. Poetry isn't exactly my forte but didn't want to leave you hanging since you requested my review :) I could see this being published in a poetry book somewhere.
Could use some fine-tuning, very conversational and smooth reading. I take it this is an "I-person" story? Maybe get some second opinions.
Very interesting so far. Needs some fine-tuning; just have another writer proofread it and go over it with you and this has some good potential.
