Its a personal preference, but the capitalization of every word at a beginning of a line when there is set boundaries of punctuation bothers me. Otherwise, the spacing has good pull, there is a nice paced turn in the phrasing. The ambiguity on what is to be known (obviously something with a mystical quality given the cosmic diction) doesn't necessarily work in the poem's favor.
