Autumn leaves about to fall again, An incuse of memories begin to ascend, Indwelling the back of my mind, Induceing the emotions i thought were left behind, My sences awaken once more, Tears from my eyes begin to pour, The smell of evergreen fills the air, Flirting with what innocence i have left,enticing me to care, My eyes engaged on a boskage of pine,oak and birch, As chainsaws cut away my serenity, Leaving on the landcape of my mind a smirch.

I sit and stare twords the horizon as it makes its appearence. Sunbeams shine through the dew on the grass, waking the knats causing them to flutter. The clouds move as if the sun has asked for clearence. The sound of the wind ,the sway of the trees, clear my mind of the big city clutter. I ask myself how long do we have before this is all gone,this momentary bliss i have right now. Will our children know this kind of beauty that nature has given us.
