I find myself looking into the eyes of men, and wondering… “Is he the one for me?” I wonder if this is pathetic, or desperate, but I don’t think it is. How are we supposed to find the one we are ment to be with if we don’t look into there eyes?
Is he the man on the airport parking shuttle that helped me with my luggage, and talked to me with genuine interest?
Is he the man that walked behind me during the security screening, while I fumbled with my things, dropped them, and offered for him to just go ahead of me…and he stayed? Is he the one for me?
Is he my best friend? The one that offers to help me in any situation, is always there for me when I need him, who will love me no matter what…Is he he one for me?
It was fun, the drive to the airport I mean. I got bored, and decided that I would start to dance to the CD I was listening to. The traffic grew heavy and I looked around, and the people I was slowly passing were giggling and laughing at my silliness. I loved it, because usually we all are so angry at bad traffic, and this time I was able to lift a few spirits because of my happiness. The best part is that I had no idea where my sudden happiness came from. Was it the fact that I was going home for the first time in eight months, or the fact that I was away from the place I can’t stand most of the time?
The reason why these two thing coincide, is because my happiness with myself is the most important peace to the puzzle of finding the person for me.
If your not happy with yourself you won’t be happy with anyone else.

This was a nice piece. First, in the second line you used the wrong “their” and in the last line you used the wrong “you’re”.

ok.

I was into your message and what you were trying to do here but I found myself getting bored with your examples. I would have liked to see a bit more action or perhaps a little more elaboration on what you thought of these men. But again, great start, keep it up!

This kind of thing has happened to me in rush hour traffic believe it or not! The flow of the story is good and I didn’t find any problems with structure. All in all a pretty good read.
