Poetry / I say "Roar
I say “Roar”
as you “meow,”
you question me
and ask me how
i could,
if ever
have tied
these two people together.
Shadows fall
and climb up walls,
make me three times my size
in times of long good byes.
I listen well
as you pray tell,
about the things getting to thier feet
and the drums they so beat.
I’m so sick
of this relentless drama,
this poetry is like a cemetery
for commas,
I’d change it if i could
though it’s somthing i never would.
