Keep writing? Okay! :)
Thanks, Gracie.
I have a camel named Mary.
Mirrored forward and back (but not scary).
Two of head, one of hump,
Four of leg (none of rump).
She’s a palindromedary.

Amusing and enjoyable. Is the parentheses around “none of rump” necessary though? Any bathroom issues?
Maybe, like this? (for a better rhythm…)
There once was a camel named Mary.
She was mirrored well to be merry:
Two of head, one of hump,
Four of leg (none of rump).
Purebred – a palindromedary.
I liked this a lot. The word ‘palindromedary’ was a mouthful and for me made it more fun. What I really like with this limerick is the unique and originality of it.
Keep writing.

I love this as it brought a smile to my face. Clever use of imagery and word-play especially the word ” palindromedary” ! Too fun !
(I remember the pushmi-pullyu… But how much you want to bet that most people don’t know which Dr. Dolittle you mean?)
“Palindromedary”... (shakes head) That’s a terrible pun; I like it. I’d never have expected a limerick to be so intellectual…
I thought it was really good, although I’m not quite sure what palindromedary means.
There’s nothing like a little silliness to brighten everyone’s day. Excellent job!
