If the heart could spring back from ever attack upon it we would not be human.  We would not fear some emotions and enjoy others.  It’s a great quote, but not a realistic one.

the quotes leaves me wanting more
it just makes a comparision
without sharing a compelling truth

It makes me think, if only to wonder what you’re talking about.  Memory foam is an interesting way to put it, as it’s memories that keep hearts from springing back.  If this becomes part of something larger, explain how that works.

Cute, and vey true.

If they were made of memory foam, wouldn’t imprints be left there from being trampled upon, always leaving some indentation of former footprints?

Memory foam slowly goes back to its original form,so nope it wouldn’t leave any indentations that stay.

I’ve actually never reviewed a quote, and I do hope I give you the proper feedback you wish and deserve.

Hearts, memory foam, and trampled upon are your main images.  I enjoy the first and last, but the middle, in my opinion, could use a bit of work.  Memory foam just sounds obtuse and thick, in that sort of situation, perhaps you could use something with a more antique feeling.  Archaic quotes have always lasted longer, and you’ve quite a bit of talent going for you.  The rest of brilliant, but that middle image is the only thing I would suggest expanding upon.
