IF ONLY

If I could sing
They'd hear my tears,
if only I could sing.

If I could scream
They'd feel my pain,
if only I could scream.

If I could dance
They'd know my heart,
If only I cared to dance.

If I could laugh
They'd know I'm free,
if only I could laugh.

If I could fall
They'd have it all,
if only I didn't fall.

If someone could lend a hand
maybe I'd wish to stand,
if only someone would lend a hand.

If they would love
maybe I could love again too,
If only they would love,
If only they knew...if only...
