So you’ve been burned?

Okay, aside from the fact that I don’t agree with the cynicism at all, feelings of love (or infatuation) really don’t feel like that in my experience. If that’s your experience, I’d suggest you consult a doctor. To me, when I’m feeling that, it’s the sensation of movement, like on a roller coaster or fast car. Indigestion starts a little bit lower in the body, and is not at all pleasant. Granted, when a relationship goes sour, you can have that feeling, but then you need to clarify that. Using your broad metaphor for the good AND the bad of love simply doesn’t work.
