Poetry / To have a Muse
never had a muse until now-
From the first day-To the second-To the third-
And then several that followed-
Bringing me to now-
On the sixth time I’ve listened to Bowie’s - “ Eight Line Poem”
Filling the heart with Niagara falls on guitar-
pounded but withstanding-
finally running down river-
To the pools of paradise-
where piranhas are toothless and musically inclined-
