Uh… What? There’s way to much repetition here for your statement to be totally clear. (I’m not crazy about the bit of profanity at the end. Curse words are like nukes- use them sparingly and with devasting effeciency.)

At the very least, try substituting other words for “know” to break up the monotony of the piece, like “realize” or “understand”. That way, you have a bit of variety to the statement.

Starting with I know lets the reader know that you know that the “you know” knows it all…perfect.
But remember that old saying:  ”The more you stir shit…” ;)

Not exactly deep. I mean, yeah, everyone thinks they don’t know anything about something, but you could have possibly worded it different. Maybe put a metaphor in there or something.

Cute, but I’m not sure how many people will relate to it.

Most anyone can say we know everything about nothing and nothing about everything. The key is to find the point in between where you know enough about enough. Good job. :)
