Poetry / Annihilate Me Gently
Annihilate Me Gently
I crave the heartbeat
In your fingertips
Their skillful movement
Feeds my panting soul
You own this spirit
That beats against its cage
And I can’t surrender
The heart you’ve stolen
Blindfolded by desire,
I'm spun around until the world
Turns the other way
Wandering through this storm--
No movement, no sound
It’s my mind that’s been run through
I breathe you in too deeply:
I begin to drown--softly, slowly
As we wade out
Then submerge into night
You reveal the scent, the sigh
The sacred footprints in the sky
I close my eyes and wish
For a thousand nights with you
Annihilate me gently
Slight violations satiate--
The hunger of your trembling mouth
For my frenzied flesh
Is irresistible
Let me have you--
A bare symphony of every sense
We’ll ride the amplitude of madness
Into morning

The depth of passion here is blinding, with no clear way to escape it, that is if one desired to. This piece is so precious in every possible way. You are so precise at being so feminine, so utterly soft and careful with your wording, it feels more like, hmmm, more like a touchable sculpture. This is such scrupulous senuality at it’s possible finest. me…
