What a wonderful way you look at things. This reminds me of something Will Rodgers might of said. It’s easier to understand a true statement if it has humor in it. I have not heard this before. Is this your own quote? I think it must be.

Hahahah, yes, yes, I agree. The idea of age equalling some sort of esteemed wisdom often is true, but generally it isn’t. People just get older and more stubborn around the points they hold anyway. Knowledge with wrinkles!
I can see what you mean by this quote. Wisdom is knowledge that is aged and defined not by the knowledge itself, but by the experiences that have caused the knowledge to expand into wisdom.

I read this expecting to see something from School of Rock, but hey, ya get what ya get. I don’t particularly agree with this quote because you don’t always have to be older to be wise. On the same point, older people are not necessarily wiser. However, wisdom does come from experience, and most often time.
Short and to the point. An excellent quote.
Not big piece, but a great little quote. It is also very true.
