Having had the blank page stare baack at me on many occasions- this lifted my spirits. It said a lot in very few words. Making something out of nothing- even if it’s not a good writing day- and turning it into an origami goose- very nicely done.

being a mom and trying to write is super hard. i stopped writing for 20 yrs. not completely- but i couldn’t keep up like before i had kids. sometimes i regret that i gave so much of myself away…but i did have fun with them:)

That’s what I am trying to balance right now. Writing definitely gets put on the back burner. I have 4 so I have many works started and in various stages, but not much to really show for it. lol. Oh well, one day they will grow up and I’ll wish I still had the distraction!

I like this. It’s nice and tight, with only six words to work with, and it’s a fun, strong image. If I had any talent with origami, I’d have thousands and thousands of these hanging around.
