I’m not sold on the word ‘sires’ it seems a bit archaic. Having said that, I have absolutely, positively nothing to suggest in its place! Sire just springs images of horses into my head…probably helped by “breeds”. These are great verbs, btw.

Im sorry i don’t understand the first three words, the last three Pain breeds beauty, to me it means the more pain someone goes through the more pure and caring there heart will become. If this is what you wanted the reader to think then you did an exallent job.
