Nice, there’s a lot to be said in those 6 words. It could have been worded differently but that’s all a matter of preference, I might have just left it at “My heart’s overflow is writing.” but that falls short of the 6 word requirement huh… oh well, nicely done.

Interesting. And I agree that it should be “six word memoir”. So is this your 6 word memoir?
I like the double meaning of in writing>
1. in black and white, on the page
2. in the action of writing.
My only criticism is that this is a snapshot rather than a memoir that shows progression through a creative life.
A writer’s works are usually an extention of their own heart and emotions. It’s a skill to be able to write something so beautiful with hardly any words.
Good job.

This is an interesting idea, reasonably unique entry and your meaning is very clear. However, I’m not sure I really like the meaning because you’re implying that you only put into words what your heart can’t hold. In contrast, most writers will put their entire heart and soul into words. So, although I understand what you mean, this piece makes it sound like you’re being very stingey with your writing.
However, as I said, its not, by any means, a bad piece. Good work and good luck!
my overflowing heart, etched in paper? sorry just suggestion. i like wha you have here but lacks ummph (in my opinion)
