I really enjoyed this line. It encompasses so many feelings about death, and I feel that even though this line only speaks of the acceptance of death, it evokes images of the many steps between enlightenment and acceptance, and it tells an immense story. I can imagine so many reasons why one would anticipate, embrace, and welcome death. Thank you for a wonderful read, and I must say this is a winner!

Death seems a bit of a narrow focus, especially if this is meant to represent life as an artistic person. However, if your meaning is that “death is imminent and unstoppable,” and it’s about looking forward to something that can’t be changed, then it’s a little better. Otherwise, my impression of this is “I can’t wait to die,” and it isn’t very moving.
The most inspirational six word memoir I’ve read so far.
A bit depressing. Not enough bite. Interestingly nihilistic though.
I read ur pieace and I thought that it was pretty sad. not in the way u might be thinking but it a way that maybe u are depressed and u want to dye. are u dyeing of something?
Doesn’t quite work for me. The three verbs seem too close together in meaning to add any punch to each other or to the quote. It just sounds redundant.
While the statement is dark, I believe it will capture enough attention to get people to want to read more on why. Very well done in the way of grabbing the reader.
ok, this one i read. dude, i don’t know you, so i’m not going to tell you that this doesn’t wrap up your (short) life as a writer. maybe you have a story to tell that is a winner, (tho’ dark). but i think these entries don’t have a super chance in this contest bc, not so much their darkness, but they might not strike readers as relatable, universal, the type of stuff that we all nod, laugh, shake head at. maybe you’re just blue today. cheer up!
This to me was actually scary, I’m one of those people who try to ignore death. Stuff like this give me chills…great job
A bit doom and gloom for me. I wish you well anyway.
