Non-fiction / 6 word memoir-Makes Sense.

I saw this one earlier and really loved it.  Writers and booze…it says so much.  Is it the secret to good writing?  Who knows?  I had a good laugh too.  Good luck on the contest!

I got a kick out of this one, and indeed it actually made me smile.  I think it was simply how ludicrous the statement is, and how very dead-pan it seems in black and white.  Bravo!

i read ur pieace of the memior it was very good and i liked i alot the one thing that was weird about it is, it brings u to u senses and shouldnt it do the oppose of doing that? u know since it i alchoial???? thats a little iffy on my part but overall i thought it was very nice.

Very funny and amusing!  This could easily sum up your whole life in six words!  Good job.  However, you may want to look into Alcoholic’s Anonymous! ;)

I must say, this doesn’t really resonate with me. But then, I don’t drink. The trick of 6-word memoirs is to pack in as many ideas as possible, though, and you’ve done a good job of that, playing with our expectations (wine doesn’t usually make people -more- sensible) and, presumably, telling us something about your personal writing life. So, well done.

I enjoyed your work.  Very true for many – for creativity, for self awareness, ha, and also self illusion.  Good luck!

I know it’s not too creative, but I can only say that I loved it. I get the idea that many of us feel a “sense” of clarity after a little wine and the usual resulting conversation or activities that might go with it. Everything is brighter and somehow more easily felt, seen, heard…..sensed.
