Thank you for the comment. Before I sent it in I did check it out and found you could use either spelling. I can’t remember why I went with the less familiar spelling. Anyway, thank you and have a pleasant day.

Amen, friend. Ain’t that the truth. Wasn’t funny but it’s my life. Just put it under Biographies- Titled= MrJawbreaking Eqquilbrium: Spun
When I first saw this Brevity book I tried to do that myself; the six word thing. Couldn’t. You hit the nail on the head. Kudos; good job.

“Stanched” should be staunched, yes? A minor gripe, but with only six words it’s not asking a lot to spell them all properly. Other than that, I like it. It’s witty and memorable.
I don’t think this is the best one i’ve read, besides i definitly would have gone with ‘a wonderful flow of CYNISIM stanched’ thats what its about for me.
This is one of the best uses of narrative economy I’ve seen since the shortest sci-fi story ever: ‘The last human sat alone in his room. There was a knock at the door.’ This would be a great epitaph for half of humanity. All too Sadly.
I can relate to this piece. I love the simplicity of it and yet also, how, it applies so much to life. I’m sure everybody knows this feeling and you have it represented it well even through so few words.
Ain’t that the truth.
The only thing I would say about the chosen words is that the ‘f’ in ‘wonderful’ ties up the tongue just long enough to rush the next ‘f’ in ‘flow’
I wouldn’t normally point out such a peculiar detail but this challenge has called forth the stickler.
