It simplicity gives no indication to the reader on the topic but yet creates humour on the sentence.

First off, congrats on being published. I like this one, because it says a lot about the process that we all go through, maybe if you added a clipse instead of a coma between submitted and finally.
I wrote, I submitted…finally published.
Just a suggestion, but I like it.
This is the quote every writer wants to write as a non fiction piece! ;)
Pretty much says it all, doesn’t it? Good Write.
I thought it was very good. It’s hard to sum up a lifetime in 6 words, but you did a good job of doing it. If you are a writer you know the frustration of many rejections and the elation of finally being published. This comes across strongly in this piece. In only 6 words you showed by the use of “finally” that getting published was not an easy task.
Now if theres more than one book one the shelf at every store then I’d say 9 all the way…. Now if you write a best seller I say 10 all day.
This sentence is too simple for this contest. It’s what we all dream of until it happens but it’s not interesting as a memoir.
Precise and to the point. It speaks directky to the life of a writer, the word “finally” is very important in this piece it allows the reader to see the struggle and leads us the triumph. Congrats on completing a memoir in six words and being published.
Nice. We must put effort to reap rewards. Good message.
Have you tried “I wrote, I submitted, I’m published?” And maybe even periods instead of commas will add more power to the statements.
simple and straight to the point
