I believe that you nailed it. I believe that we decide how are lives are. Yes, sometimes events will occur that our horrible and out of our control; but, if we continue to hit ourselves in the head and think about all the things you could have done better than our lives will only get worse and not better.

yes! that is so true….everyone could have done better at alot of things.
We all feel that way but you have put it into words .Nice thought .Well put and had me thinking.
Yeah – that is the recipe to a miserable life. Right on!
I think these six words can define a person at every milestone in their life. As humans we look back to see what we should of…even could of done differently. I think this captures a mentality held by a lot of people. Although it may seem cliche, I think it fits more than I can express.
There is much truth in this quote. Because life is short, bitter, and sweet it is imperative that we live it to the fullest, and best of our abilities. I walk away with a certain sadness, but with more urgeny than before to “follow through”. Well done!
ha i like it, its quite witty in a way and to be honest there isnt much you can actually write in six words so well done…but i would suggest maybe changing the category? it doesnt look much like poetry to me
