Throw me a blanket, would you?

My heart feels cold.

Add a hot water bottle

I can feel it freezing

Am i sure of this?

No; rather throw me a needle and some thread

Cos i can feel it breaking

Whilst you are doing that

Can you add a bottle of glue?

I need to make sure the stitches are intact

Actually, i dunno what I’m feeling

I went to the hospital

Complaining of a heartache

They threw me out

Saying i was not sane

But what do you do in a situation like this?

What is the cure for a broken heart?

What do you do when you feel both cold and hot in your heart?

What do you do if you want to give up this minute

But secretly pray for some kind of relief

To see the one you love again?

What do you do?

When your whole world crumbles around you

And you try to run around catching those pieces

You struggled so hard to build?  

What do you do

When you cry deep into the night

Soaking your pillow

With a sea of your tears?

Oh someone please tell me

What is the cure for a broken heart!
