A sea of black and white
Brings color to my mind.
I strike upon the surface.
The sound is soft and kind.
I drown in a sea of sound
As it wraps me in its arms.
It washes over me completly.
It betrays, and yet it charms.
I forget the world around me
As I’m lost in this sea of sound.
Fingers as fast as lightning,
And I can hear my heart-beat pound.
As the final chords resound
I find the silence to show in shame.
Everything is normal.
Now everything’s the same..
