Poetry / If I Was Work Shy... (Analysis)
A friend once asked me, the struggling novelist quite rightly, if I was ‘work shy’?
I replied “No I am not work shy.”
I just can’t keep a job, because sooner or later,
doing my thing… I say the wrong thing…
The clerks at the employment services love me though. I use my P’s and Q’s and don’t cause them any problems…
Maybe one day, I’ll get a job signing my autograph?

The witty humor that is life. I’ve done the same thing myself. Nicely written piece of poetry.

This made me laugh, I don’t know if you intended it to be humorous but I laughed because I can relate to it in my own life. I think at times I can definately be called “Work Shy” ....nice job.
