From the time I’ve put in you.
This is all I’ve got.

Can’t you see me here?
Laying on the floor face down?
How did I get here?

Where doesw this lead me?
Why do I put so much in?
If to get nothing…

Yellow Marigold
Your blooms so brightly calling
Inviting me near

August sun blazes,
Holding on with yellow flames,
Nothing stops Autumn

       Glorious colors
strewn about; the sky, painted
     as

No hidden meaning;
This Haiku is just a way
To say ‘I love you’.

Earliest morning,
Sun barely shows its gold face,
Fog still blankets ground

ONE: THIS SEA OF MY OWN

My world is muffled
and its walls bend and conform;

Autumn winds flow by,
Feeling of what is to come,
Summer slowly ends

It is now August
The long evening of summer
I am still inside.

Clear, cool water runs,
Summer sun overheating,
Creek, quencher of thirst

Early Summer morn,
Cold, windy beach hibernates
Lone white gull takes flight

White serenity,
Pouring forth endless blue leauges,
Waves crash peacefully

Quiet moments pass,
Idly, Summer trees reach high,
One leaf gently falls

High above grey mounts,
Misty clouds obscure all sight,
Therein lays crows’s way

One-hundred green trees,
Together, moving wildly
Swaying through Summer

Amber-tinted field,
Gently swaying, one body,
Producing brown grains

Red, Blue, Pink flowers,
Swirling colors, multi-hued,
Fair fragrance pleases

Leaping so boldly,
Arching into briny air,
Water splashes high

Secluded creek shines,
Flowing onwards serenely,
Quiet creatures drink

Perched high, bright green leaf,
Bronze Summer’s warm end nearing,
Become falling red

Orange-hot molten sun,
Livid, summer rays unleashed,
Unyielding dry heat
