This is nice. I can relate this to when I read my writing or that of others... You come, you see... then you hide what you really feel about the piece. I like this.

I have a piece similar to this titled "Time". I love alliterations. They are so playful and two to three word lines can be so intense with the right combination. I like this.

Line 4, i think it would sound better if you said "...the street corner, appearing as if she ..." The words trying to look like, don't go very well in my opinion. I think it's well written and it leaves me wanting more. I really like the first line "when the wealthy started... poor". Really great!

sounds odd.. think it should be just need not needs,unless "Malapropist" is a person and not the actual word "malapropist" meaning someone who usually unintentionally misuses or distorts of a word or phrase... Think its good.

I like this piece. Relating thoughts to flies is pretty accurate. When you think of the ability of a writer to grasp a thought much like someone grasping a fly it all makes sense. It does meet word requirement.

My daughters would love this. I think with a good illustrator this could be a great childrens book. I have four daughters... believe me, they'd love this.
