This is beautifully written. I've always found it hard to show such a sentiment towards a person, but you've captured how you feel wonderfully. Letting this person know how you worry about him with this poem should make it very clear. I also like how you have added at the end your wishes for when you pass away, letting him know that you fully expect him to outlive you. All in all, it is very sentimental and beautifully written.
Very well written. I was caught up in it from the first page. You have incredible talent as a writer.
