You made a lot of sense here, makes me wonder just what inspired you to write it though. Could be a number of things I suppose...

I must say, this was written with a very different slant. If anyone has ever had a dog, I guess they could relate better to it. I like the title, it goes well with the story and you could almost start your series with this. I could picture it in my mind.

I was entranced from the very beginning of this story, something has always interested me about Indians. You brought a lot of it to life and one can tell that you have done research on this subject or lived it yourself. A lot of wise things are quoted and I feel I could read more of your work and be anxious about it.

I started writng down my feelings when I was your age. I kept them all and after thiry years of saving them, they all ended up telling a story. You will find if you keep doing it, the wiser you become when you read over them again. You are writing from the heart and to me, that is where poetry stands out. Keep it up.
