Mr Bollocks - What can I say? Beyond the fascination of the sheer imagery conducive to the whole idea of celery and Terry Schivo, I could not stop reading this piece, even when after reading two thirds of it, my eyelids grew heavy for the sheer greatness and the time I had to spend reading this poem. When you invoked the "day of sheer nothingness" in this text, I think you are trying to create the sense that from the negative, the most unfufilling days are those that are filled with activity, yet obviously this makes no sense, since you never say that. However, the invocation of the so called lazy day is somehow transgressed to this state because of a lack of meaningful activity.
