I appreciate how you could tell that much of a story in so few words, we could almost bond with the narrator. The narrator goes from nostalgic to mad in such a short time. It left me wanting to know in what way she used him or if it is just anger talking in the last line. Good job!

Sweet piece, and I like the end part 'although I know you not by touch and rules we've surely bent'. I also enjoyed the rhyme scheme that you chose to follow but the third stanza didnt follow the same so it interrupted the melody (it picked back up afterwards). Thanks for sharing.

I love the language...'wrapped naked warmth- shared within brazen blades of green- together' my favorite line. Let me know if I'm wrong but this happened outside, I was thrown off by the reference to the wallpaper.
