I enjoy writing because it makes everything so clear to me. I have had no training on it however I have been doing it for years. Seeing what I can create in my mind and producing it makes for the most incredible feeling. Like creating my very own dream.
I live in the south where things are slow and afternoons are lazy. Where the people next door actually know who you are. Where things are simple.
The photo that I have uploaded is a picture from the American- Florence Military cemetery in Florence Italy. I was a creek and I thought it to be so amazingly breathe-taking.

I never thought in my wildest dream that I would ever see you again. I never thought I would hear your voice again. I never realized that our paths were meant to cross again. One lucky night, I stumbled upon your name. Finding you after so many years shook my world. Emotions and thoughts ran through my mind and took me back to memories and a place in time when I had simple thoughts and emotions. Back to a time when we had the innocence of children. Back to the moment when you gave me my first...

This piece was humorous but left something that needed explaining.
