In the writing world today, most well-known authors are the ones who were already famous for other things. (i.e. Politicians, talk show hosts, etc.) I’m of the belief that there is a lot of untapped talent out there. If only we, the diamonds in the rough, could be given just one chance.

My favorite form of writing is poetry, a genre that is not so popular these days, but contains a world of beauty and wisdom.

My goal in writing poetry is to encourage and challenge the readers. I don’t write for myself, although I did start out that way. But, now as the ink flows it’s my hope that a river of freshness and hope will flood the heart of the weary traveller.
