I've been a fan of Ginsberg, and beat poetry in general, since I was little and have read a lot of his work, including 'A Supermarket in California'. This poem is a fitting and happily respectful homage to the man himself, whose wisdom and ability inspire me more than anyone. Thank you; best poem I've read for a long time. ~ Paul
I liked the word play, and the overall feeling of the poem as a whole, though I'm not really sure what the subject matter refers to.. what are the pills for? ..and it may be because of this that I don't see the relevance of the indentation, but I don't. Enjoyable poem regardless though. Thank you ~ Paul
Fantastic. I enjoyed every aspect of it. From the story itself, full of emotion, to the amazing wordplay used. You use similie well, and have the knack of conjouring up the images suggested with ease. One of my favourite books is based on the Pied Piper story, and its also very dark: China Mieville - King Rat ..if you're interested. Thanks for the read ~ Paul
Its ok. A bit mundane. The sentiment is all well and good but the contentis extremely lacking. Thanks anyway ~ Paul
Thank you. This poem is inspirational in its message of spiritual salvation and a very enjoyable read. Thanks again ~ Paul
I liked the flow and the stop start pattern. Almost beat poetry but with a little more structure. very good, thank you ~ Paul
I love it when a poem just works. You should definitely try to get published.
