The language is beautiful..economic yet powerful.. but the idea is why I really like the piece. I'm a conceptual person and this concept is interesting as hell, funny in a way. Nice work
A mature poem that uses the word razor-blade! This is rare on Urbis. Extremely rare. A little cliche but hell what isn't? This poem sounds great read aloud.. Kudos
There seems to be a wave of absurdists crashing onto the shores of Urbis. Which is good... it's refreshing to have something offset the prosaic nature of most of the works here. A bit confusing but fun and coffe-jar hymens is a sweet phrase. A side note: I once convinced my girlfriend that gay men are born with hymens in their ass. I just thought you should know.
Wait.. first thing---> That is wayy to long for a myspace profile. And it doesn't really stand alone as art or as a short story as it's mostly just random facts about yourself. It could work, perhaps, as the intro in an autobiography but only with a good deal of editing. It really isn't of interest to anyone who doesn't know you.. not to be rude but I guess candor's important on a review site.
I think that's probably a facile interpretation of the oft-quoted "we only use 90% of our brain." Though we may only use a tenth of our mind, that doesn't mean that say, psychologists don't understand a good deal of the dormant nine/tenths. If by world you mean the cosmos in general extending beyond our 3 (4?) dimensional interpretaion of them, then, well the true intellectuals and scientists of this world don't claim to know them but to be on a constant path toward understanding. If by it you...
Goddamn man do I know that feeling. But I guess that's why Satan invented liquor and marijuana.
click as in like distance terminology rather than computer terminology right? If so then it's a solid quote but you should assign truth a geographical feature as well.
B-but this isn't a quote? It's sort of like a poem I'd say.. And it's true except I'm an agnostic panentheist and don't really believe in a typical JudeoChristian God. Also this has been said many times in similar ways.
