There’s not a lot you need to know about me. My name’s Kirstie although I have many nicknames, Including Dayle. Yes I’m aware that guy’s usually go by that name.
I’ve been writing stories since as long as I could spell enough words, but got serious about it at around fourteen and yes, my first few hundred sucked. I’m now, slightly, better though.

I'm the sort of girl who's an old romantic at heart, but would never admit it. The type of girl who secretly wishes a guy would buy her flowers 'just because' when she's very vocal about how they 'just die anyway'. And I've come to realise how confusing this must be for the men I date. Not that there are alot of them. This silent hoping he's a mind reader is no good for anyone. You'll never get what you want that way. Like a (male) friend of mine recently told me "That crap should stay i...

Love. Love is a deadly feeling. It gives you passion, but jealousy. Sorrow, but happiness. It makes you & it breaks you. Chapter one Kayla. It's you and me and all other people And I don't know why I can't keep my eyes off of you. Okay have you ever been horribly, brain numbling, pathetically in love with someone who cannot and will not love you back? No. Just me then. Great. He was a friend of sorts. The sort of person you know is bad for you, but you go running back to him anyway. Time ...

The Guy. We’ve all got him. That one guy that no matter what you do, you just can’t seem to get over him. You can be fine, go months, years even not seeing him then an old fried will bring him up. Or worse, you actually bump into him somewhere and are reminded exactly how amazing he really is. Now this guy can be anyone from an old flame to that guy at the back of your English class that you just never had the guts to talk to. He can be the high school quarterback or the c...

It all started one monday afternoon while I was waiting to pick my little brother up from school. There I was innocently minding my own business when some blonde baffoon bumped me, causing his coffee to spill all over my nice new WHITE top (that I had borrowed from my best friend without her knowledge). I was in trouble. And things were about to get a whole lot worse. Chapter one. There's nothing more dangerous than a boy with charm. "What the hell?! Will you look where you're going moron?!" ...

I found this piece very moving and would definetly like to read it from start to finnish. Even with just this small part from the middle of the story you've made the reader feel involved. It's both relatable and realistic. And I assume I'm not the only one that wants to continue reading and find that Michelle and Lucas have decided to raise the baby as there own. Keep up the good work.
I loved the flow of this piece. The wording was perfect and the contrast between the two letters so typically break up it actually made me laugh a little. Have you thought of turning this into a longer piece? I wonder if I'll ever have anything bad to say about your work...
This start of this piece is intresting and hooked me straight away. I wanted to know why Alicia was seeing this councilor and what made her dreams so much better than her reality? This is questioned more when the piece jumps to first person and we discover more often than not it's actually nightmare that Alicia experiences. Again, this made me what to read on and learn more about the girl. When the story jumps and we are introducted to Jenna and the Albino Man we automatically assume that thi...
I loved the comparisions at the start of this piece as the career or lifestyles you spoke of are all relevent in this time. The piece flows well and it gets the message across. I liked the fact that it seems to say sex sells, but this has nothing to do with true talent and passion. Keep up the good work.
I spent most of this piece wondering where the gross out was going to appear - then I found it. The last few lines are hilarious in the most horrific way. You must have weird conversations in work.
