Very Strong. The font and color perhaps go with theme of fading away? Perhaps just me thinking to much. It's short, mysterious, but it does get across a feeling, I'm not sure how to describe, but it does indeed leave an impression. at any read the comination of the many factors here seem to work. They really fit together well.
The Iambic Pentameter truely emphasises the emotion that went into the poem, it's short, but holds alot of meening and compassion
